There's a lot happening around AIMost of it isn't useful to you
Every week there's a new tool, a new model, a new opinion. It's hard to know what actually matters for your business.
We help you work out what's worth your time, what can wait, and how to move forward without the overwhelm.
WHERE WE'RE USEFUL
How do we actually help independent businesses with AI?

01 / AI STRATEGY
Honest advice
Most AI advice is about the tools. We focus on your actual problems.
We help you understand how AI actually affects your business. Where it helps. Where it doesn't. What's worth attention now, what can wait.
Sometimes that's about performance. Sometimes it's spotting small changes that could make a real difference.
You don't need to become an AI expert. You just need to know what's worth your time.
02 / BUILDING BETTER SYSTEMS
Time back
Small tasks add up to lost days. We help you get those days back.
Running a business comes with small, repetitive work. Admin. Back-and-forth. Things that add up.
We help remove some of that — through automation, better workflows, or cutting out steps that don't need to exist. We're not interested in over-engineering or fragile setups.
We build systems that fit how you already work, so you get more time back for the parts of the business you actually enjoy.
03 / THE STUDIO
We stay close
AI moves fast. We track it so you don't have to.
The Studio is where we test new tools, stay close to what's happening, and think through what it means for the work we do.
We share what we learn — so you don't have to spend your evenings reading about AI.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
We start with a conversationabout where your time goes
What's manual? What's repetitive? What takes longer than it should?
From there, we work out what's worth doing — and what isn't. If there's something worth building, we build it with you. And we make sure it actually fits how you work.
No long proposals. No six-month roadmaps. Just honest conversations and practical next steps.
THE HUMAN BEHIND IT
Hey, I'm Max.
Before OS Lupo, I spent the best part of a decade helping governments, global companies, and some of the UK's biggest charities figure out how emerging technology could actually improve things – for the people they serve, the teams doing the work, and the systems holding it all together.
Turns out, independent businesses are asking the same kind of questions – they're just expected to figure it out alone. I don't think that's fair.
I work with a trusted network of strategists, designers, and engineers. Same calibre, without the overhead. When your project needs them, they're there.
Big companies are already using this stuff to get ahead.
I started OS Lupo so independent businesses get the same shot.
